What we need are leaders willing to lean into leading inclusively. We need these leaders to understand the importance of empathy, being decisively intentional, and to embrace the courage it takes to do what is right and not what is expected.

Join the Microsoft Alumni Network and DE&I expert Eddie Pate from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (PDT) on Tuesday, June 20, for “Leading Inclusively: A journey of empathy, intentionality and courage.”

In this free, interactive virtual workshop, we will explore a set of insights that define inclusive leadership and we will explore very practical, day-to-day things inclusive leaders can do to make a difference and impact NOW.

Come ready to lean in, to be challenged and, hopefully, to be inspired to lead inclusively.
