Paul Sausville currently runs a management consulting practice focused on helping clients expand their business by developing new strategies and business plans. From his experience at Microsoft, AT&T, NCR and other companies, Paul has a strong focus on understanding customer needs, coupled with a demonstrated track record of developing strategic plans and delivering results.  

Paul worked with the Microsoft Alumni Network as a consultant in 2014. At the Microsoft Alumni Network, Paul helped to add Office 365 and Passport to the value proposition with new pricing, and launched a new integrated alumni website. In addition to supporting the Network, Paul has served on the board of directors for Pcubed, a Microsoft partner in the Enterprise Project Management space.

Paul was at Microsoft for over 13 years and has leadership experience in multiple areas. In his Sr. Director of marketing roles, Paul focused on revenue growth strategies, product management, pricing, marketing metrics and partner ecosystems. Prior to that, Paul reported directly to the Microsoft CFO and supported the Group Vice President. He was responsible for P&L management, financial planning & analysis and advising on product pricing. In addition, Paul directed the analysis for several large acquisitions including Visio, Great Plains, Navision and multiple smaller ones. Prior to joining Microsoft, Paul worked at AT&T and NCR in finance and consulting roles. Paul received a MBA in Finance from Miami University of Ohio, and a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Wittenberg University.
