Microsoft’s Autism Hiring Program is focused on finding untapped talent with people on the Autism Spectrum, by re-imagining the traditional interview process. This hiring program is unique because the interview process is not 1 day, but held over 5 days, where workability and technical skills are showcased in a less stressful environment than a traditional interview process. If hired as a full-time employee, new hires have an external job coach to help with onboarding and transition. 

Here’s how you can help. If you know of great talent on the Autism Spectrum (for roles such as Software Engineer, Service/Lab Engineer, Data Scientist, Content Writer), please email candidate resumes directly to msautism@microsoft.com. All candidate submissions will receive a reply from a dedicated disability talent manager.  (This program is US only.)
