A career in operations took him across retail/Xbox launches in Europe, consumer product planning in the U.S., global partner incentives, and leading ops transformation for the support and consulting businesses. He believes the Microsoft Alumni Network is ripe for global growth—with Ireland as a testbed—and a great reason to reconnect. Favorite song: Some Day I’ll Fly Away by Vaults.
