Alumni Network members have a $600 spending limit per Microsoft fiscal year and can take advantage of the digital downloads through the eCompany Store*. Please note, the $600 spending limit applies to software purchases. Hardware is not included in the $600 spending limit. The eCompany Store does not offer international shipping.

Activate the eCompany* Store benefit:

• Go to the Company Store website
• Enter your email address, then select Microsoft Alumni from the drop-down menu
• Select Create your Account Now
• Enter your Microsoft Alumni Network (MSA) ID and last name

Friends and Family pass

The Friends and Family pass allows 15 of your friends and family to spend up to $250 on digital downloads from the Online Company Store. Friends and Family passes do not impact your annual $600 spending limit.
• Every fiscal year (July 1 – June 30), you can issue up to 15 friends and family passes by entering their name and email into the Company Store website.
• They automatically receive a $5 discount on their first purchase (at checkout), and you will receive a $5 discount code for your next online purchase (via email).
• Members in some countries are excluded from this benefit. For a complete list of countries eligible for the Friends and Family pass, please see the rules & regulations regarding the Company Store.
